I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

ZC questions

Post by morecarbonfiberthenu » November 08, 2003

Does anyone know what parts from a d-series engine fit into a ZC engine? Can like pistons and rods vales and valve spings work in ZC from a d block? I know a lot of parts cross fit, but do the intenals swap too? I'm gonna start building one soon for my next project CRX.

I never did know much about ZCs. Try http://www.hondaswap.com or Hybrid Honda.

a ZC engine is a D-series motor. its a common misconception that its something totally different. most parts should be interchangeable like all other D-series motors are.

Thanx i was pretty clear that the ZC was a d series but i had some doubt the parts were all interchangable...plus when i was speaking of swapping parts i mean better then stock ones to build the engine.
