depends, if daily driven I'd go with the GSR. Much more smoother in term of idling and driving.

ls vtec i have mine and built mine with the Golden Egale kit very nice setup, use a b16 or b18c tranny or everytime you shift you will fall out of vtec unless you have low setting on you vtec cross over point.

ls/vtec thats what im doing in my integra. gsr and ls/vtec are both common but i would rather ls/vtec that biatch.

im doing just a straight up ls, but lsvtec would be tight
