I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Yeah, rhd conversions seem to be more popular now that all the "voodoo" behind it no longer scares people and everyone's looking for "the next step in jdm-ness"

Personally, I can't wait to sell my rhd 180 and pick up dontblink's "fridge" and make it "daily jdm sexy".

I like it just fine. It will be nice in my situation due to the fact that my 240 will be a sparsely used vehicle, if I'm driving it, it's purely for entertainment, never commuting. The quirks (read: annoying shit that doesn't work in a lhd world) won't be quite as bothersome as if it were my primary vehicle. Much like when I had my motorcycle though, I will probably use it in every opportunity I can get. I put probably 5-7 thousand miles on my R6 last Spring/Summer/Fall, so I'm hoping to get as much use out of the 240.

I've totally digressed. My point is, if this is going to be your primary vehicle, you'd better have a hell of a sence of humor, or you're going to get majorly pissed off about choosing to become rhd. Think of it this way, there are zero benefits for you to do it. I had two, one my downpipe wouldn't have fit and two I will be changing to a S15 dash which was never, to my knowledge, produced in lhd. The only possible reason is to impress others, or if you REALLY are weird and simply like the idea of having something more unique about your car than anyone who doesn't tune cars. Aside from your mailman that is.
