I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

First I can't get the crank pulley off. So I go out and buy a new impact wrench. Then I break a socket. Then I fuck up the pulley. I finally get it off, but not using my new $200 impact wrench. I got it off using a cast iron pipe on a breaker bar and a piece of exhaust on a chain wrench.

I SNAPPED A FUCKING BOLT putting in the new water pump. So now there's half of a fucking 10mm bolt in my water pump. Now I have to get an EZ out from work to get the bastard back out. At least I got the driver's side mount on.

At least this is all I have to do before I drop the motor in.
I do have to go to the dealership and get a handful of 10mm bolts, though. Bastards. I also need a new valve cover gasket kit. Maybe while I'm there I'll get a new crank pulley with only two grooves.

I hate it. hate it. hate it.
If I drop that thing in and it doesn't fucking run right I'm going to smash the fucking valve train with a hammer.

Well...I don't really hate it. I knew it was going to take time and money to get everything right the first time.
At least I'll be rid of the D series.
