I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

i was running a y7/y8 mini me turbo. but it was OK then i put the y8 blovk abck toghter and now i got a whole y8 engine with a 14b turbo and its quick as shit. so maby its the y8 engine or maby its luck but i have shitty luck wiht thew y7/y8 mini me's but i hear that the b7/y8 mini mes are good. get a z6 intakemanifold and install on it. and gewt the d16a6 pistons for your build up. higher compresson and that engine will scream.

d15b7 rods = really weak....prolly 170-180whp is all you'll be able to squeeze on a good tune before they start bending and breaking. Im not positive but i dont think they make aftermarket b7 rods, if they do they are like atleast $600-$700....thought i read that somewhere but i cant remember for sure.

thanks for the link. i need to read into that site some more. but i doo have one question. if i'm using a 1.5 block and i want to use the 1.6 rods and pistons; i have to ofcoarse bore the block but what about the crank can the 1.5 crank work with the 1.6 rods. i know its a stupid question but i had to ask. and about the CR what would that be at. i need a clue so i know were i'm at for the boosted one. the all motor one i think i might do some actual math on that one and shove some b-block shit into it. just a thought.

Vtec all the time... that would just be plain retarded. Vtec is a compromise between having a semi good bottom end power band and ridiculously strong top end. Without Vtec you can only have one or the other, so most Non-Vtec cams, are only good for Mid-range RPM power compared to Vtec.
