E-3, questions about pay structure (attn: urbanracer2000)

when you were at MEPS getting your physical you saw how the different branches act....thats why

. what job were you lookin to get?

When I was at MEPS I only saw like, 2 USAF guys. It was mostly Army, USMC, and Navy recruits there.

It was kinda funny, all of the USMC dudes were 17-18 and skinnnnnyy.

yep i respect all the front lines guys that die while we watch from afar and then blow shit up....dont forget we have EOD ;-)

Front Lines = Marines. We come through and clean up/maintain when they're done

I just got back from the Captain's office. Turns out he went to the same High School I went to JROTC at, he asked me a few Qs and BAM now I'm a PFC

I'm psyched!

I leave tomorrow morning, see you peeps maybe after basic, but only if I'm allowed to have my laptop at AIT
