Photoshop is a brand specific thing. Kinda like Bandaid is a brand of Bandages.

You mean what kind of Photo Editing software should you get? Simple, Adobe Photoshop is simply the best. You can buy it for a lot, but at http://www.adobe.com, or mabye your school or work, if applicable, can get you a discount, depending on the situation. There are other, not-so-legal ways to get it also, but for the legal laibility of the site, I cannot tell you these ways.
