First off, Thank you for providing me us a "Bamboo Fighting Pit".

Am I angry? Why? Is it because I dont happen to have what everyone has? Have I lost my mind? Yes I have. Here we go...

I hate you. I hate your car, your silly little JDM parts, I hate your SOHC non-vtec ride, if you want JDM, go to Japan and baste yourself with all of its glory. Nobody gives a flying fuck about that shit over here but some of you FuckTards, have to have that certain part to be JDM. I just think some of you lost your fucking mind and went crazy with this shit. Whatever happened to your own style? Why does everyone have the same things? Oh well... its not like I'm going to make a difference but I just wanted to point some things out...

thats bullshit, I could give a care less where the parts came from, or who designed them, they are made well, look good, and allow me to work on my ride to a style I like.

You can call what I do a fad, but I assure you, speding the money I did on the sti was not to fill out some flavor of the month bullshit like your trying to say we do. I dont even know you point, other than apparently I am insulting you by likeing jdm parts that I consider to be of better fitment and quality.

I am sorry I didnt make up my own style, but if I might add, fuck you for saying I am stupid for likeing someone elses.

Another perfect quote of someone in the military,especially Misawa, who thinks their %*$% doesn't stink. Not everyone has the chance to get to Japan. You can definately see things you will never see your entire life over there that you can't see here in America. You can't hate on people here that want to do the "JDM" style. Hell in Japan they have the USDM style.

wow, this was pretty raw...... And the worst part about it is that Neo is my boy and of course I think i understand him a little more than most here on this site... not that I am taking sides, im going to give you my interpretation on his post.. correct me if im wrong....

Granted Neo is fortunate enough to live in Japan because he is in the military, and like everything else when you are surrounded by the culture, style, lifestyle, etc.... it becomes the norm, i'm sure Neo can vouch on this next point, im sure the Japanese are jealous of some of the things we (americans) have over here as well... remeber the old addage that we always want what seems to be unattainable, that is just human nature...But I will agree with the point that how many times can you build a eg, ek ,integra jdm style, after a while they all beging to look the same..I apprecaite the clean lines of the jdm car culture but it is not to say that every part that comes from Japan is actually the best out, or the best looking. so with that said, build a clean car, add your own flare to it ... I hope this helps clarify what I think NEO is trying to say...

as for the bashing and disrepectful language, Neo and the rest of hipertekspeed have taken time to share some of their great pics and experiences with us here so personal attacks i feel are a bit uncalled for..

It dosent matter howmany times he has seen it, its bullshit to downplay what someone builds just because he see's it every day. Its extreemly disrespectfull. I dont care if a jdm front end on a integra is something you see every day, aroundhere, we like it cause it is different. Maybe not being in japan made you forget, here in america, jdm isnt as big of a fad as you think. I dont live on the west coast, but in the midwest, I know no other jdm tuners.

This topic was made to get things off of your chest. Don't let it flow into the rest of the board, though. Even though this is a chill group of guys....everyone gets pissed once in a while.

Now with that said, I can agree and disagree with Neo. I have SiR bumpers, fogs, seats, blah blah blah on my car...why? I like em. I liked how they LOOK. Do I have a jdm motor? No. I feel no need for it. I have a measley LS. Sure it's turbo'd, but it doesn't matter. In the eyes of some of the hardcore jdm heads...it loses points. I don't care. It's my car. I'm sure your B16b won't hang anyhow. I believe there is an overboard when it comes to building your car according to its jdm-spec sister. Ie...chopping a perfectly good car for a rhd. To each his own, though....
