Some people are so dumb. I am trying to sell my rx-7 on autotrader and this dick emails offering 100 buck less then what i am askin. I am think awesome i am going to be rich right. But then i send him pics and he sends me back this...(funny shit.. can you tell its a little fishy??)

And its funny because he didnt even get the amounts right... :ohmy:

Happy to tell you that I have concluded with my
client and he has instructed to carry on with the
transaction, that payment will get to you in a cashier check of
$12.000.00 which is a refund payment of a cancelled
order earlier made by my client.
Due to company policy this check has to be made out
in this amount to you ,because company policy only
allows a refund payment on one cashier check, so you are required to deduct the cost
of your car which is $5.900.00 and refund balance which is $6.100.00 to my agent in London after payment gets to you to enable him
come for the pick up and title paper and other necessary documents and
drive the car to the shipping agent to be shipped to my customer
So if you accept the mode of this transaction, you now send me your NAME,
ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER for check payment to be delivered to you
via courier services

Damn. That is pretty fishy.

The 12k is not in existence, plus he would make 6100 off of you. Then report you using your name and phone number for doing something else. At least that's what it sounds like to me.

He needs to learn the English language too. I've heard alot of people getting offers like that when they post their cars online for sale.

this shit was on the CRX-UK website a few weeks back, just then it wasn't a company telling 'it had to be this way because of some stupid reason'...

the guy was asking if the seller would take care of the shipping things with a 'friend' of the buyer, so he'd pay the full amount... LOL great to get yourself into trouble if you just don't know any better
