we had some downtime. robry's server had a program running and it ran the server into the ground. we thought it was hacked but everything is cool. look forward for new updates and all sorts of new things comming to the board. im working on it. we have some new emoticons and a new members section keep checking this sticky for any new board updates ill be posting.
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

also added yesterday was new icons and link color theme
also when you get a new PM you can open the PM box in a new window. so you dont lose your place on the forums.

when you click the 'send pm' button when your viewing a topic. a popup box will appear with the PM window so you dont lose your place on the forums.
also added a 'who was online' at the bottom of the main page so you can see who all visited the page in the last 24 hours.
added glowing and shadow bbcodes.

Wednesday 4:55AM - We experienced another server crash. Basically a rouge process was running and it crashed and ended my p233's life. Its back up but hopefully will be replaced tomorrow with my new server. As of right now, I have a PIII 550, gateway mobo, 256MB pc133, 18Gb quantum u160 7200rpm scsi harddrive/adaptec controller, and intel nic. FreeBSD will again be the OS of choice, but just to let you guys know, things will be a little goofy for a day or two. Sunday/Monday the whole switch over should have taken place, and everything will again be containted on one server (currently there is a second server handling the database). Keep the posting up guys, give me reason to spend money on upgrades

added some new banners thanks to prok0 ill be switching them every so oftin to keep the site interesting.
added a hack to the main forum that will keep track of all the new posts made per forum. under the 'last post' column under the username. the number will keep track of how many new posts were made durring your session.
also when you click the 'quote' button when you reply, you will now be able to see what forum you are writing a reply to.

added a birthday feature! everyone goto your profiles and fill in your birthday information! on the bottom of the main page. where it lists what users are online it will also show what useres birthday it is! along with who's birthday is comming up in the next 7 days.
also added. a page generation feature on the footer of every page. it will show how fast (in seconds) the page generates itself. just to show everyone the speeds we are getting on the forums.

added a word wrap hack. long words strech the forums and makes it look hellish. so now it word wraps the text cleaning up the site a bit.

cleaning up the site a bit. added new 'sticky' and 'announcement' icons for cleaner and quicker checks on announcement/sticky/normal threads.
also added a cleaner looking 'moderator' column on the main for, (still being worked on) instead of ugly links i added the 'Moderated By' menu to show who all moderates that forum.
in the works
making the moderator menu add the names to individual lines. so when you select a name from the list it will auto launch there profile.
