New wheels and MUCH BETTER tires in spring.

After that - all goes on hold...

I have plans to go stage 2 or 3 before christmas '04 but I want to build the internals myself and learn the k-motor inside and out. So i will forgo paying $1000-$1500 in labor for buying another A3 motor and building it up over the summer (hopefully that soon) and learning all I can in the process. Then I'll pay a shop to drop it in in exchange for my current motor - which I will then over time build up as a spare or maybe look for an a2 head and ECU in exchange for that motor...

If that all gets done by christmas - then next spring/summer's project will be body work or a kit and a custom paint job I have been working on for months now...

I think these are reasonable achievements and if they succede on schedule - by next spring I will be buying a beater to drive every day.

We'll see what happens - as it ALWAYS comes down to money...

hey eric, i had a blast sat. with you and julie on the dyno escapade....and like i said, as soon as i get those vids uploaded of your runs, i will send em to ya. those are impressive #'s man!
