not the typical tracks people think about when i mention im producting tracks but i have been working on a cd over the past 2 years for my haunted house. i started with a few random tracks that i played in my haunt. some people actually commented on the tracks and was curious what cd they were from. well after 2 years of putting tracks together i was finally able to release my first cd!

with that being said im trying to dig deeper and get darker more terrifying tracks on AtmosFEARS [vol.02] i was able to pick up an INCREDIBLE sound production app called "Reason" its like having an entire recording studio built into your computer!!

im also awaiting my m-audio oxygen49 midi keyboard: this will allow me to be able to play the sounds or loops however i want into the track to be able to shift, tempo change, shape or whatever i want to the recorded sound so the possibilities are endless to get the tracks darker and darker!! AtmosFEARS [vol.02] is going to change the way people experience haunted houses, you are going to hear the darkest of atmospheres and soundscapes really setting the fear deep into the guests minds, no more cheesy stabs, howls, grunts and screams. people will be able to enter a dark forest and hear the noises of a forest overlaid with a heavy dark drone or soundscape.

im in the market for another mac... a mac mini actually.
2.53GHz, 4GB RAM, 500GB HDD, GeForce 9400M

this mac will be strictly for video and music production. im starting to pig up my everyday imac with loads of audio and video production apps and samples. im also putting together a nice desk to compliment both my imac and the mini. the desk will more or less be modeled off of a studio desk with room for mini keyboard, finger drum pads and the dual display setup, as well as a nice m-audio or akai mixer.

my m-audio av40 studio monitors came in the other day (black friday deal! $200 marked down to $130 with a $130 mail in rebate!) and wow do they sound freaking INCREDIBLE! i cant wait to get this setup all together. im probably going to get into some electronic tracks, dnb and the sort.

STILL waiting on my midi keyboard. pushed back on backorder AGAIN till the 18th of dec. hope all of the wait im going through for this keyboard is worth it. haha.

keyboard was finally shipped. they threw in a foot ped and a keyboard cover for waiting and shipped it for free. so im stoked about that. cant wait to start pissing with it when it gets here.

v3 will hopefully be shortly. looking into a new desk and some speaker stands to get the best possible sound from them. the desk im using now is far from good for an OK studio setup the imac and speakers are horribly placed.

well along with my keyboard and producing some tracks for the haunt & some electronic tracks i plan on picking up a native instruments maschine. its a drum pad on roids. i made a post about dj'n and i plan on picking up a NI midi dect to start dj'n the maschine will not only help with producting tracks for the haunt and electro beats but as well as a live gig also... im pretty pumped i been diving more and more into audio lately and its really turning into another hobby of mine. UGH its getting expensive!
