I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. nope not til now. if the guys running the original series are changing everything like crazy i think the teams have the right to not want to participate if it causes the teams to spend more cash. whos to say that the rules wont change again for 2011? i say the teams that have contracts should just submit their car unchanged and if its not approved then leave it at that and race some where else like they want to. i dont think their contract can force them to race if the car they submit is not in standards with the rules. it also cant force them to spend money they as a team do not wish to spend. at least that what i think about it.

Mosley put a spending cap of $65 mil. on next season. Which is bs. FOTA & Ferrari are thinking of starting up their own breakaway series to include 8 out of the 10 teams as well. FIA is suing FOTA & Ferrari because of this.

Seems like it's been an ongoing problem between FOTA and the FIA though. Not necessarily just the spending cap.
