I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

highway-star and sean@NDF, i noticed you both have those clips on the outside of your bumper, can those be used as a means of holding on the bumper without bolting the bumper on to the fender underneath? also where might i find them? i looked online but i didnt really know what i was searching for and couldnt find them.

thanks
I think they are Dzus(spelling?) quick release bumper fasteners. Hopefully if im wrong one of those guys will chime in and help out.

Well i ordered a new n1 style exhaust so that i can replace my extremely old apexi that finally shit the bed. Didnt get a legit apexi this time, i'm planning on getting rid on my car for something new in a few months and didnt feel like putting a whole lot of money into it right now.
(Jams_ek, thanks for the offer of the Tanabe, but it just wasnt really what i was looking for)

Found some random pics today when i was going through some pictures from over the summer. thought i'd post them up for fun

Out at camp...probably shouldnt have drove my car down the road to get to camp but i was drunk haha Image Image

just a couple updates..not all good either :(

installed my new exhaust saturday. nice and quite just like i wanted. unfortuantly this morning my sister decided that she wasnt going to look behind her when she puled out of the garage and back right into the front end of my car scuffed the paint pretty good and bent the impact bar and rad support a little. also busted the paint a little under the driver side headlight. honestly i wish she would have busted a headlight so i could get some new ones but oh well.

so i'm not sure who's gong to pay for what but im just looking to get a new bumper cover and impact bar, and then have it fix and repainted

Anyone know much about wheel spacers? i was wanting to space my wheels out a little but im not sure how much is good. i want to be about flush with the fenders. also i was wondering if i have to get extended wheel studs in order to have spacers?

I have 16x7 buddy club wheels with 205/45/r16's i believe, if that helps with anyones opinions or suggestions

thanks

Here is how my car sits as of right now Image heres is a head on shot Image

depends on the size of the spacers.
they dont look that great if you dont have a wide will with a funky offset. if you just push the wheels out it makes it look weird. i was debating it myself. but im trying to find a diff set of wheels now.

just measure from your tire to your fender and use this: 1 inch = 25.4 millimeters
