I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Jawn vs. Saturn; Saturn vs. Me

Post by munster » December 04, 2003

Alright. This is actually the second part of the story presented first. Kinda like the Star Wars movies.

Anyways, Jawn and I went out driving around on Scalp Ave in town (anyone from around the area knows that you can't even drive an 85 Chevy pulling a trailer without someone revving on you). So Jawn ran some stupid Saturn and killed it in his winter beater Eg (I'll let him elaborate). Well, we laughed about it since it was only a Saturn and took off again. Wouldn't you know it that the asshole pulls up on me after the light, I'm in second, and he tries to take off. I guess getting his ass kicked once wasn't enough. I was in second and my car's got more bottom end than Jawn's. Needless to say that I had about three cars on him in second before he let off and realized that tonight wasn't his night to screw with Civics. These two weren't D series. What made it even better was that his response to Jawn whooping his ass was, "Find me in the spring. I'm rebuilding this." Then he broke into the, "My friend drives a GSX...." Why not just ride with your friend and race people then? Use the Saturn for running errands.

Didn't that guy know that Civics are the only worthy race-car/grocery getters round these parts? LOL... Nicely done.

Good kill. That's the great thing about civics, you never know from looking at it whether it's slow or a fire-breather.

To add to my previous observation, when you spot a Saturn, you can most likely be certain it is slow.
