Also i will be contacting X3racing myself just like i did Ingalls and IF i find out that they advertise/sell the kit as a knock off not as a legit ingalls kit and doesnt have the part # you gave me on the invoice your just getting yourself deeper. Not to mention if i now find out that the kit is not 280 im gonna be even more pissed.

My stance on this is i bought the kit from you, it is a fake, not what you advertised it as and what i paid for. Therefore YOU are the person that owes me my money. I didnt buy fakes from that company i got them from you so its on you to give me my money back and then you gotta do whatever to get your money back from them. I dont want more parts from someone who already sent me fakes, i want cash back so i can move on and get the shit i payed for.

meh, i got everything documented that he sent me but havent seen anything from him that X3 sold him a legit ingalls kit. Like i said the company is a ebay company so honestly i doubt it was advertised as a legit kit. now if he intentionally bought it to scam me then thats just gay and he deserves this but if he just misread the product desprition (say they advertised it as an ingalls kit then in next line said it was a copy ect.) from them then i almost feel bad for him but its stil on him for selling me the fake.

Welll, looks like pay pal is f@cking gay. All filling the claim did was give him a "strike". Either way doubt im gonna get my money back but we'll see

If the part is not legit and not the one that was described PayPal will investigate the claim and 9 times out of 10 rule in the buyers favor if the buyer can provide proof. It should take longer then a few days, most claims take a few weeks before anything is resolved. Are you sure you filed the right one?

yeah, as soon as i filled it it said the only claim they investigate is if it was not sent. Going to call and see what they sent seems how technically the part wasnt sent, a knock off was. either way this whole thing is really gay

this guy has been a problem on other sites also like xceedspeed.com trying to get people to buy stuff from him for more than it would cost if u or i where to go and buy it,and most of it like the mugen floor mats come from ebay, so would never do bussinesss with this guy
