how can you talk about volk and advan then tell her to get rotas?

save for something legit dont buy rotas.

haha yea well i just dont feel like she needs to spend that kind of money if she is acutally gonna buy me wheels....

....plus the rota grids look just like the TE37's and the rota boosts look just like Advan RG's, the difference in price is all because of the name, the look is still the same

well i look at it this way..... I can understand where youre concerned about the cost of the wheels...but you are comparing wheels that cost approx 2k a set to wheels that are $600 a set....

Why dont you buy yourself the Volks or the Advans and have her get you a gift that she really wants to get you and not get a gift for your car....Im speaking from experience also ..... lol

Im in the same boat as you, would be cool if you had some $ to go half way with her on some volks but i know im gonna be settling for some buddy clubs myself. They are going for pretty cheap these days and the SF have almost a similiar style as the advans,

does anyone have any pictures of any ek civics(red) with the gunmetallic P1 SF buddy club wheels on?? i have been looking cause i want to see how they look cause i like the wheels but i'm not too sure how well the colors will match....

haha well the thing is she really does want to get me new wheels...i actually told her no but she said i either pick out the ones i want or i'm just getting a card with the money in it to buy them....

....i dont know what her deal is but i cant say i mind, i mean she just bought me diamond earrings for vday haha

Just thought i'd give a little update on whats going on....

I got my new wheels, a new rear camber kit, Spoon style mirrors, and i how been looking around to find someone to repaint my car.

Here are some pics of the wheels..

Still haven't decided on what lip i want to go with...its between the CTR lip or a CF Spoon style lip
