The ITR seats are a little more subtle, i like the memory fab's. They look very similar to the Momo's I had in the design and shape, the Momo's didnt look comfortable but they were real comfortable. I would assume the mem. fab's. would be pretty decent in that aspect as well.

The shape of those ITR seats reminds me alot of my stock seats. The upper half is a bit different, but they look alot alike (shape) to me.
