the new features are just packed full in this. holy crap.
I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

some new features toby and i found that comes with the software..
bump topic feature.
with an admin set time limit (12 hours). if you are the last poster on a thread and you want to bump it to the top just click the 'bump topic' button instead of making a reply. just that simple. the bump feature is availible every 12 hours on the thread if no replies after you.
topic change while posting feature.
if you click 'reply' in a thread to make a reply to the post and someone replies to the post before you get to post your reply a page header pops up letting you know there was a reply made prior to your new post and it shows the reply and who replied that way you are able to edit your post if need be or continue posting it. (very nice feature)

the new navigation bar i coded is so sick. its all tabbed out so navigation is a breeze!
i got a guy thats going to help me convert and move the forums and the db to the new server then i just have to re-add the current hacks and theme and we should go live after that.
we should be live on v3 by feb.
