I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I hope it doesn't get blowed up..

So I'm scheduled to go to Qatar in a couple weeks for a weekend, because you can drink there (3 drink per day limit tho :( ).

If you've seen Transformers, I'm going to that same camp where that decepticon ruins everyone's day, haha. I couldn't stop laughing at how they portrayed the Chair For... I mean Air Force ;).

Thanks. Not looking forward to C130 with gear on.

I'm so getting an awesome looking Hookah when I'm there though.

I tried to get my friend to get me one of those. He was too lazy to do it though. If you get one, get it with a wood stem. Those are always the best. Haha

Another friend of mine, from Iran, brought a bunch back with him last time he went. They smoke so good and taste better. Haha

dang thats a nice one. how much are they out there? the prices have dropped here (socal) a ton in the last couple years. you can get a acrylic base one here for 30 bucks or so.

Originally it was 150 bucks plus for acrylic. The metal stemmed glass ones are the worst, to me. They just dont taste right and are fragile. If your gonna sacrifice the taste (metal vs wood), at least have something you don't have to worry about... haha.

When we had parties all the time, we'd make people toss in a couple bucks each time and what we didn't spend on alcohol, we spent on a bunch of acrylic hookahs for everyone to smoke out of.

*sigh* those were the days.

Brother when you get back in town I am gonna take you to the new spot. There is a hukka bar down on broad street. Nice stuff, make your own flavors. Real nice, chill kinda place. Military discount too. You will like it. Plus it is where you can get the stuff you put in the hukka.
