i recently deleted all of the e-mails back and forth...but here's a brief overview

i did an auto->manual swap in my EG...which i didnt know you needed a custom mount for until AFTER we were done. i asked/looked around and the only places i could find who had this mount were Place Racing and http://www.jdmshit.com via HCP. place racing's website was down, and i wasnt hearing anything good about them anyways, so i decided to go with jdmshit.

long story short---they dont answer the phone...and only responded to my email when i was somewhat threatening. they swear they responded to my emails before i was IRATE, but i never received the email, and was never sent a copy. i'm really mad at myself for deleting all of the emails, so i'm not going to go in depth really...but i'm just going to say...if you insist on ordering from them...be wary. they took the money out of my account the DAY i ordered the mount. it was on backorder, and they said they would have it 2 days later. they did not...and they didnt contact me. we went back and forth for over 3 weeks until they finally shipped my part. i will never do business with them again.

It sucks when someone dicks you around with an order. If they screw over one customer then you know they screw over dozens more. Makes you wonder how some people stay in business.

A few hours go by, they were supposed to call back after like 20 minutes. So I call them. Different guy answers.

"So, ummm, derrrr, what's the problem?"

"You sent me an EK hood"

"Uh-huh..."

"I drive a CRX"

"Oh, I see. Can you ship that back to us?" (way to be concerned for yourself before the customer...)

Call again, no answer. Call the next day, no answer. Call a few hours later, no answer. Hmmm....

Call from a different line...

Got straight through! (Thanks for avoiding me guys!!!!)

Me checking to see if the right hood is finally on the way yet:

"Well, we aren't going to ship it out until we recieve the EK hood back."

"HOW LONG DO YOU EXPECT ME TO WAIT FOR THIS HOOD??!?!?!?"

"Well, just as soon as we get the EK one back we'll have it shipped to you. I mean, we already shipped two hoods to you...."

(BTW jdmshit.com, I ONLY ASKED YOU TO SHIP ME ONE!!!!! )

So, now I finally have the correct hood. Gee, thanks. Finally.


The moral: Don't order from jdmshit.com.

i heard alot of bad about that place. prices are low but dont makes up for poor customer service.

haha, yeah they are the absolute worst sellers I've ever bought from. I'm glad you put my quote from CHB here Sean, I like to spread the word, and I'm gonna party hardy the night I hear about them going out of business!

to be honest i never had a problem wit JDMshit.....i guess its because i dont need to order online or over the phone...i jus drive there...fu*k it...........but yea some idiots do work there......

I've tried contacting JDMshit on a few occasions to receive shipping prices and availability on items. i have yet to hear back from them even once. :-/

i'm also pretty fed up with passwordjdm now though too. i've emailed them numerous times, and they have contacted me back twice out of over 10+ different times contacting them. then they have the AIM link on their web site saying whatever to four pacific time... and they're never on it... what's the point of putting it up there if you're not gonna be on it, or the point in having an online shop if you can't answer your emails... errr...

that's enough of my rant :-/
