really...hmm, what ignition are u using stock? im not familiar with miatas but id assume the ya Dizzy ignition.

Basically, most powertrain items on a miata are from a 323 GTX. They used the 323's rear diff, took the turbo off of the engine, and flipped it longitudinal.

To keep the engine as far back as possible, they removed the distributor and went with a Crank Angle Sensor (CAS) and coilpacks.
