the avatar box should be narrower and the text box wider. and the stickies should have a different background to them or something. everything here looks so cluttered now

i see that the new limit for signatures is 500 x 200 pixels....my current siggy is 557 X 79 pixels, will i get an infraction for this? if so can anyone resize it to 500 pixels?
