reminds me of mine, I'd say trade the sub for an exhaust!

Oh, and when it's time to change the battery, put an Odyssey PCJ680 in the trunk, it's better for weight distribution and it weighs less, plus then the intake doesn't have to curve around. I had an EK's AEM V2 on mine partly because of the battery relo, and partly because I'm a madman with a sawzall and holesaw.
