Stereo Trouble

im having trouble with my stereo no matter wut unit i plug into it nothing happens and my batterie is fine and the head units are fine any ideas??

start pokin around at the factory harness for key on, and key off power. (thats where i'd start), then u can at least determine if u need a fuse or run a new power line. u can do the same thing to try to find the ground wire too, just clamp the test light the hot side of the batt....get it powered up first, worry bout the speakers later.

ok sounds good thanx man but one question where would i run the new power line from if need be? straight from the batt or somwhere else?

try to find another ign wire from the ign key switch, and t tap it. otherwise the head unit will be on constantly....not good if u have a bad memory to shut things off
