Got an email reply from Keith @ FM today, I was asking about intercoolers and general progress on the new kits:
The IC will be patterened after the intercooler currently offered for the Mazdaspeed. They're the long-tube style. In fact, 2001-05 cars will get that exact intercooler. The 1990-00 cars will get one that is slightly smaller to clear the different AC configuration. We're waiting for the first 5 manifolds to get here, intercooler pipes are going in to production, downpipes are already in production and we're looking at the intakes. So there's some serious progress being made!

I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported.
