I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

so i've been having some problems with this hog hitting boost cut. i can get it to about 14psi and one more click of the boost controller to up the boost it hits boost cut so i turn it back a click. i've been fucking with it for days and cant seem to figure it out. i've yet to do a full blown run in this thing. sometimes it'll be fine it'll creep from like 12psi-14psi from like 6-8 grand then i'll do another pull (not change a thing with the boost controller)and it wont even hit 10psi and it'll hit boost cut. i've been messing around with the gain but im not to sure of what to do with it do i turn it back (min) or forward (max) to get it to where i want. at night time you should just forget about it it hits boost cut almost every pull. i've checked and triple checked for boost leaks havent found any but i dont think thats the problem. i know if i smash the gas on high boost it automatically hits boost cut but if i roll into it it wont hit it at all or will hit at a high rpm. i think the boost controller is over reading when i do that especially with a BB turbo i dunno. any input or would help just not sure what to do.

my 2nd built motor had almost the same problem...

my low boost was 14psi and wouldn't turn down at all, 1 click would be ~20psi. High boost would hit boost cut immediately.

I remember denis having problems with it at the shop, which is why that 2nd motor only made what it did.

Maybe call greddy and ask them? Tell them you bought it off of me, in good working condition and that it worked fine for my first motor and your first built motor but on each of our 2nd motors it doesn't want to adjust properly.

Some new shewz. Bronze Konig Heliums wrapped in some Falken Azenis R/T 205/50/15. Debating on lowering the car some more, i really couldnt lower it with those BFG's upfront but now with regular tires she might need to go a lil lower. Center caps will be gone too just to lazy to do it today. Car gets dropped off sundee night to get the front end sprayed and the rear bumper hope to have it back next friday.
