calling it in stages is worthless so you know

. i would say get a full faced disc with upgraded springs in it. I used to run the ACT one that was their top model before they started selling puck styled discs. It was great.

I don't know what the stages are either.

For a daily driven upgraded clutch I used to run an ACT heavy duty pressure plate and a street disc. It worked great and felt great. It died a horrible death at the track at the hands of 225/50 drag radials.

teaks, that is way way way too harsh for the street. it will kick the dash almost everytime you engage it. munster had the same disc i had. its a good disc for street and occasional track use. while you are down there, throw in a 9lb flywheel and watch how much your driving experience changes

I had the flywheel too.

Now I have an xtreme pressure plate w/ unsprung 6 puck w/ stock flywheel. I also rarely get to drive the car anymore.

hahahahaha, like...either you dont know how to drive a stick, or someone drove that shit into the ground haha. get the new clutch with that flywheel. you will be amazed at the difference that the flywheel makes, it makes the car feel like a brand new beast.

or it could be the simple fact that the clutch has over 114000 miles on it...
