I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Back from the dead...

The MSM (Mazdaspeed Miata) is pretty quick, but they are easily pwned at autox by lesser miatas with greater tires. There are also several people with DIY turbo Miatas that are worlds faster than the MSM. I blame it on the weight and the 17" wheels.

Hmmm, weird that you can't see any of the pics in the other thread, basically I have a full Spec-Miata suspension on it now (Ground Controls 700f 350r, Bilstein HDs, Eibach sways) plus swaybar mount reinforcements and adjustable billet endlinks. Then I cornerweighted it and Tony aligned it to my specs (Max caster, 2.0 and 1.6 camber, 1/16th out F, 1/16 in R). Next up are my 15x7 wheels, wrapped with 1955015s, maybe a little lower and then cornerweight and align after the 1.8 swap is done. Then it will be nearly complete as far as being competitive in CSP, and I'll turn my sights on the paintjob.

I did it with a buddy in his garage, ever been to the autox at whitehouse and seen a blue STi with the TEIN "T" under the STi badge? That's him.

Very, you'll know the weight of your car at each corner down to 1 lb!
