yea...our local cops are really understanding about loud exhaust, loud audio and etc. Just as long as we dont go RACIN downthe streets they pry much let us be.

must be nice cuz if you look at a cop the wriong way and your gettin pulled over even if you wernt doing anything wrong.

A town beside mine has cops that hassle people constantly too. I haven't been pulled over for my car being loud or anything. But I was pulled over for 4mph over the speed limit to be searched. Followed for miles through town. Etc.

I think the ratio of good local cops vs asshole local cops is at least 1:5

I'll put it really simple... cops act differently in different places. Some of you don't understand how some of us can complain about cops, because apparently you don't have to deal with the kind of stuff the rest of us do. You don't understand what it's like to be followed or pulled over for literally NO reason at all, other than the cop wants to be a dick and has a problem with import car drivers. <- no BS, it really does happen. If it doesn't happen to you, then you're lucky as hell. I go the speed limit every time I'm in my car (I'll hit maybe 2mph over the limit), yet over the summer I was followed for 2 or 3 weeks in a row; every time I was coming home from Doctor H's house. Literally every night I would drive on a main road to get home and a cop would follow me for no reason. I wasn't speeding, wasn't weaving all over the road, used my directionals, stopped at stop signs and lights. Not once did I do anything illegal, yet they still targeted me because I drive a Honda civic. There is a long stretch of road less than a mile from my house, where people have been pulled over and been given tickets for going 2mph over the speed limit, I shit you not. It's not even a school zone (which would be a little more understandable). It has NOTHING to do with "don't break the law and they'll be good people", maybe that's how it is around you but it sure as hell isn't like that around here.

The BTK killer was nice to most people and was even apart of his local church, does that mean we shouldn't say bad things about him? (Yes, I did just make that comparison.)

It's not like anyone is insulting your family members who are cops. They probably are good people and not just some asshole cops. But that doesn't mean the majority of them (cops) aren't exactly like everyone described. I mean think about it, there has to be a reason why so many people hate cops. It's not just people being pissed off because they got caught doing something they shouldn't.
