it uses rocks, and there is a heat control knob and a timer knob. i figured im supposed to turn the timer on but the timer does nothing as far as i can tell, it just stays wherever i put it too. and yes nakedness in the sauna not the 40's :twisted: and it's a cocateal or however u spell it.
