I am sick and fucking tired of hearing about this goddamn "race" card that people are using with the aftermath of the hurricane. just so you know i am in NO WAY saying that i agree with the pres. But what i am saying is that i am tired of hearing this "the government does not care about blacks" BULLSHIT. I for one would not EVER IN MY LIFE want to help someone who conducted themself the way those people did after the hurricane, be they black, white, pink with orange polka-dots. i dont give a fuck. you want to act like savages? fine, you will get treated like a savage, and then you wanna fucking bitch about how the government does not want to help you? KISS MY FUCKING ASS. And bush heading to that area in the aftermath for a "photo op"....what an insult. Anyways, another thing, guess who said all the people should get to the superdome? NOT BUSH (again, i do not side with him). You wanna know who? THE FUCKING GOVERNOR OF LA. thats right A BLACK MAN. Oh, your pathetic race card excuse sure is diminishing now isnt it? And i mean i understand that stealing food and necessities for survival is one thing in the aftermath of a natural disaster but LOOTING FOR FUCKING GUNS AND SHIT THAT IS NOT NECESSARY TO SURVIVE is fucking pathetic. Another thing, you wanna know how many other countries are pointing out how we look like a bunch of ass clowns? not just because of the "delay" in help, but because of the way that the people conducted themselves? Where the fuck that tsunami hit, an independant newspaper interviewed some government officials from there and the govt. officials from there were saying that it just goes to show you the difference in class between nations. clearly putting the US at the bottom rung, because after the tsunami hit, were people in (insert tsunami flooded country here) looting, killing, raping and pillaging? FUCK NO. they were helping each other, they were trying to get shit on the level, they were not fucking concerned with material goods. people were actually HELPING EACH OTHER, fuck...imagine that? And then people want to complain about how they brought in the national guard and that they were authorized to use lethal force if necessary, saying that it was too extreme? FUCK YOU. you fuckers wanna act like fucking savages, then you get shot in the face. dont like it? then dont act like a savage.

its obvious that its a bad situation, however that bad situation does not need to be multiplied by fucktards running around stealing shit not necessary for survival

agreed.... i dont fell that a lot of the residents are acting appropriately, they are using this as an excuse to run around to do as they chose... but no one here can say what we would do if placed in that SAME situation... never the less it is unacceptable..

I CAN say what i would do. i would do what it took for me and my family to survive, and help out people that i could. i wouldnt go around fucking looting stores and shit like that for unnecessary items. take what you need to survive thats it. the people who were acting like that all should be shot

riots in LA ring a bell? People get confident in large groups. Crime is a fact, its not gonna go away. Theres always people that think they can get away with it so they go for it. Its pretty much necessary in an organized society.

the only reason that argument does not hold water is because nearly 80% of the population there is black
