I have had this mobo laying around my house for about 3 months now.. it was used for 1 yr on my brothers machine and now he upgraded.
The only thing wrong with it is the Chipset fan rattles during startup because of a bad bearing I guess but it still spins.. I was going to get it a new one (like 8 bucks on some overclockers website) but I didnt. Comes with processor and memory
Mobo is a : Asus A7V-133
Processor: Athlon 1.4Ghz
Memory: 1x512mb and 2x256mb = 1 gig of pc133

You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported.
