I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

what boost controller are you using if I remember right you have the greddy spec2 right? If so pony up for a new b/c that thing is crap I had the same one and it was junk although mine wouldnt go past 22psi not 14psi. My dyno chart looked like a sizemograph from like 7-10rpm.

yeah your right. i dunno if its the boost controller or the boost gauge. the boost gauge is a shitty autometer one but its only a year old. i noticed when its spooling the gauge is still reading vacuum. when i let off the gas the guage reads 30psi of vacuum its barried so i was thinking it was just the guage. im going to sell the boost controller this winter and just do hondata boost by gear. im selling the manifold and downpipe too probly and going to try and score a t/3 topmount but we'll see thats a ways down the road.vtecdood wrote:what boost controller are you using if I remember right you have the greddy spec2 right? So you think you are hitting more boost than what the gauge is reading? I know my buddy kolar had an autometer that read almost 10lbs short because it was stuck like how you are saying but your first post sounded like you werent making proper boost when you had your car tuned what dis the datalog read boost wise? Thats the best way to find out if the gauge is wrong or the controller isnt holding. My personal experience was it wouldnt hold more than 22lbs.
