I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

I had model cars on shelves in the living room for a couple months. Then they "didn't match the decorating". What are the odds of me getting real cars in the house?

Id say that the odds of sun exploding are higher then you ever getting a car in the house.

It's been my dream for the longest time to have a car in a house. I remember hearing about someone doing a resto in a basement a while ago. Don't know where i heard it but they took the car down in pieces, put it together and resto'd it, took it back apart and put it back together outside. It would be so badass to build a house around a car leaving it look like theres no way to get it in or out.

Agreed.

In a perfect world, and I'm taking crazy impossible like evil genius type awesome...

I would have a complete working garage as my basement. Think WRC team shop. Full fab/paint/lifts everything there. Operating room clean. Outwardly the house would look like a ranch-type home on the side of a hill, on a lot of hilly, wooded property. In the corner would be that crazy lift that goes from garage to basement and you could also put motorcycles or something on a second loft level. The second story would be small.

Plus, renewable resources out the ass...

That'd be great.

I'll take an architecture class sometime soon.
