boost control

i was lookin at my boost control today and i have question there are some numbers i need some help with, there is a 3 digit number that i have no clue what it stands for,and sec. runs from 10 to 30 i think that is for the wastegate? and the third is at 0.80 and i don't know what that is maybe for the scramble boost setting?
what i need to know is what i should have it set to.

my motor is a sr20det s13 blacktop
stock turbo, stock injectors, HKS blow off,HKS frontmount,basic boost up

i think babs used that one before...wonder if instructions are on the internet...stop over somtime have babs look at it...i know some of the newer ones have to be reset everytime you shutdown and start the car...or just get a manual one.. the oldschool hks one you have is saposed to be the shizznit...

its gonna be a lota peeps at the same place and the go karts are right behind it you can stumble to the place also bring lots of shirts im sure we will get thrown out and we can go back in other clothes
