I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Thanks for the welcome. It's kinda hard to JDM a car that is 21 years old, and most overseas are either totally junked or rusted away. I was lucky enough to get mine from an old woman in '97, as a brother to my 87 CRX dx. I have a Greddy turbo kit for this thing waiting to be installed, just lack the time. Also in the close future is new spoiler and Accord 5th gear to increase mpg. Right now in N/A form she runs a best of 15.3 in the 1/4 on street tires, and gets 38 mpg on trips with conservative throttle usage. I ultimately want a balanced car, good at a lot of things, not just speed. She handles well, is fairly quick, gets great fuel mileage, moderatly rare in my area, fun to drive, and super clean at emissions. The JDM motor beat the old EW3 US motor oddly enough. Again, thanks for the welcome. I look forward to sticking around.

Awesome to see a mid 80s CRX up and running and well taken care of. That's usually something you see with the VW guys and the Rabbit.

Again. Big  from me.
