I have heard that the jdm rhd red carpet is a pita to fit into the ek and will not fit right, i assumed there might/would be some cutting involved and liked the red color of the honda better than the acc carpet but wanted to know if i found a nice set of jdm if it was even worth getting b.c. it is such a pain to install? anyojne know? and yes i searched 3 forums |

Jawn has ek9 carpet. As far as I know it wasn't a pain in the ass, and the fit is perfect. |

There's a gap on the passenger side because that's where the trunk/fuel door releases are, also, you have to trim to clear the "dead pedal." For the money, ACC. |

I'm getting ACC carpet, but just because I'm going black. Bragging rights = CTR carpet. Just to have red carpet = ACC like Phunhaus said. I've never noticed the gaps in Jawn's car. Of course...I wasn't looking for them either. |

ACC black carpet FTW. I love mine - it totally changes the seriousness of an EK interior to go with a black carpet. I wonder why Honda never offered black in the EK body. |

I have black SiR seats and dark gray CTR pillars. It's only right to go with black carpet. I wish Honda would have done dark gray VINYL headliners in the 6th gens. |
