Hi, i am new here and wanted to know about this install since i bought it a couple weeks ago and it is getting painted right now.  It cam with just the top half of the base wich it sits on. I have a 99 dx hatch do i just take the painted cover off. Would this mean that i will still have a brake light at the top? Thanx for your help. |

is it 2 piece wing? ctr rear wings dont have 3rd brakelights. |

Yeah. There's no third brake light. Should just be the base and the upper part. |
