I dont know about PA, but if they are legal in CA I'm sure they are in other states...

PM one of the hybrid dynamics guys. They can probably point you in the right direction of someone if you want a custom cage. If not go with a Kirk or Autopower :up:

although I wouldn't run a full cage unless I had a fixed back seat and properly mounted harnesses
