I saw this on another forum and thought it might be cool to get it going here!
Basically what we are looking to do here is replicate what goes on on Top Gear every week! We are going to take a reasonably priced car and see how all of us JDM stars get around the Top Gear test track!
Lets see what you can do around the Top Gear Test Track!
Rules and Regulations.
Times will be based on a rolling start, otherwise known as a "Hot Lap"
Using either practice in GT Mode or a time trial in Arcade mode, start off with 3 practice laps then take your competition lap on the 4th lap.
Track: Top Gear Test Track.*
View: Cockpit.
Other: Rolling Start.
Controller: Pad or Wheel (Please state in your time which you use.)
Timer: The time must be a valid clean lap, eg no red timers for cutting corners, hitting barriers, cones etc.
Verification: Take a picture of your fastest lap and upload here. If you have a really fast lap try and save and upload a replay.
Car Settings
Car: Suzuki Swift Sport 2007.
Assists: Everything off, including ABS. Brake balance should be as standard.
Modifications: None. (Standard car)
Transmission: Manual.
Tires: Comfort.
Driving Line: On or off. Your preference.
Grip Reduction" Real.
