well im a mac user and i been checking out some of the loops and samples that came with my garage band program. some of you might know i produce my own soundscape cd's for my haunted house. well i started my hand at some other types of beats. techno, hip-hop, all kinds of other things.
well i was contacted by a friend who i have been doing some php/forum work for and he asked if i knew anyone who produces beats. i told him i mess around with beats for my soundscape cd's and he asked for a hip-hop beat. i had one i put together a few months ago just sitting idle on my computer so i decided to send him the beat to sample. HE LOVED IT! purchased the beat from me and is using it for his podcast intro. im stoked about this. giving me some props and such on the podcast
the beat was HORRIBLE i thought. nothing fancy, pretty bla just some samples mixed together and some pitch & tempo and all of that. but he told me he will keep in touch and he hopsi send some more podcasters my way for some beats.
