try buying a polish for them or wax from schucks. I'll try to find out what it's called but ya. EDIT: it's called never dull by eagle one. try any auto parts store. not sure if every one carry's it though. It works just like a wax and comes in a fiber like substance. Takes like 5 - 10 minutes to clean them. Im assuming u mean ur headlights are kind of fogged or hazed over right? |

On my GF's Neon I sanded down the headlight (ending with 2000 grit) and then followed up with semichrome polish from a tube. The same method with the never dull would be good, too. |

see, koto knows. depending on how bad the yellow is determines what grit you should use/start out with. if it's REALLY bad, i'd do a two-three step sanding with a polish afteward (1000, 1500 and then 2000 grit sandpaper). if it's not horrible, do exactly what koto said and you'll be set. |

I use a good Chrome Polish or a new product from Meguiar's called PlastX. Just buff it into the headlight, let haze and buff off any excess. If you want to go crazy, sand down with 1500 grit paper til the headlight is smooth to the touch (will be verrrry hazyyy). Then use High Temp Clearcoat. 2-3 light coats. OBVIOUSLY DO THIS OFF THE CAR. Honestly, this will get the headlights looking NEW. Here is a pic of mine all done. |
