So i was right on my first assumption. the kit i got sent is not an ingalls kit. talked with ingalls and sent pics in of it and they listed a number of things that make it not their kit. I see that he is an approved vendor here for thejdm.com and if anyone else has bought off him i would expect you to take a look at the products to confirm they are not fakes also. Giving him a chance to refund my money and will give the kit back to him so we'll see what he does from here but so far when i had the problems in the first place he said he wont exchange/refund anything. Def not cool

He is trying. If he can fix 93ludeSi's issue, then he is cool.

But don't jump all over him man. We need shops linking to this site, might help bring more members.

Plus it was probably just a mistake...

So the guy gets his stuf through X3 racing (aka an ebay store). either way he wants to pay back in payments but i told him i payed in full and expect to be refunded in full. Im gonna be out 600$ now because i have to order the real thing on top of what he scammed me with and we all know that ebay kits cost no where near 300 so even the fact he charged me the full price in the first place and paid maybe 100$ for it pisses me off even more so him playing the "oh i didnt know it wasnt real" trick doesnt really convinve me

ps, if your gonna ban him dont do it til i get my money back

acutally it was a mistake... a new supply company we signed on with gave us the shaft on the first order we placed through them , it just so happened to be 93ludeSI's

.... I am just the middle man here who supplys the products from the manufactors to the customer. I dont even touch the products half the time. I am actually as broke as a joke. I dont make much so that way my prices are low for you guys. I offered 93ludeSI a few cases of racing oil,momo pedals and a gift certificate for borla exhaust. I would refund him but the company wont even refund me

, I made $20 off the sale. THATS IT! I AM SOOOOOOOOO SORRY!
