I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

SCAMMER! optekpogi < BEWARE ON ALL FORUMS!

Post by .saint » April 05, 2008

i recently sold my spoon tow hooks and gsr ecu to a guy in the philippines and 6 days later i get a dispute from paypal saying that the credit card company is filing a dispute against me that the transaction was fake.

i guess suposibly this optekpogi mother fucker has done this a few times because i was just on the phone with paypal for 2 hours trying to recover my $. but by the sounds of it this bastard mother fucker is going to get away with it again. he used a fake CC# (or stolen ident) to pay for the items and now the owner of the CC is filing the dispute to get there money back. meanwhile the products have been shipped out and im shit out of luck.

looks like im gonna have to bite the bullet and kiss my spoon tow hooks goodybe into the hands of some mother fucking scammer.

everyone beware about shipping overseas, after talking with paypal turns out that they have a protection plan for the US and canada as of right now. they cant refund my money because this was an overseas deal. son of a bitch!

Address: Block 2 Lot 16, Long Beach Drive, Camella Homes
City: Muntinlupa City
State: Manila
Zip: 1773
Country: Philippines
Tel #: +639292499982

thats probly all fake as well. i will no longer ship an item overseas, as a matter of fact im not sure i will ever use paypal for anymore online transactions, everything will have to be local pickup or the use of a money order. FUCK SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

if anyone see's this name pop up on this forum please LMK so i can ban the fucker before he starts his scamming BS!

Happened to me, but I never shipped the parts. You should never ship before payment is CONFIRMED!

Question.
So, in this situation, you leave aim on when you're not online.
Then when you're on here, aim isn't?

Dude that really sucks. I've heard of that kind of shit happening before in the states when a couple of my buddies were selling shit. If some low bastard has to scam people to build his car, he is the scum of the earth and deserves to be shot. Thats bull shit.
