I can't be the only person who likes the 250 GT SWB better than the 250 GTO, on styling alone. I'd just rather walk to it than a GTO.

I really liked this mount method, but it was changed for the car's second season.
Curious why it was changed, but a brief google search didn't find anything.
Random guess would be risk of considerable damage in a minor rear end collision.
