I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

So, what's there to do in Orlando?

Post by kotomile » January 29, 2004

My GF and I are staying in a hotel off of International drive for Valentine's day weekend, we've done Disney and Universal to death, and she isn't 21 yet. So.. what's there to do? Here's what we have planned so far:

Medieval times kissimee 2-14-04
Rainforest Cafe = sometime
Hard Rock Cafe = lunch
Grand Central Station = sometime
Universal Citywalk = prolly 2-13-04

Can anyone help me think of anything else to plan?

Well, there is a bad ass gocart track down international called fun spot... There are alot of nice resteraunts, etc. She can still go clubbing too if she's over 18... most places are just 21+ guys... I dunno man, I live here and I don't do much of whats around, just to avoid the damn tourists... :)

Toda, just to be certain, these go-karts aren't the slow, 3 hp kind, are they? All we have in jax is Adventure Landing and the karts are so slow they're boring, I just want to be certain these will be worth the money. TIA!

they aren't that slow, and with the flat ground concrete track (I think it's the red track), you can drift... :) the place is amusing... if I want to drive carts, that's where I go....

Downtown Disney is a good spot, along with Citywalk at Universal Studio's ....
