well I finally got it installed, here is the rundown on the specifications:

Hardware:
-Lilliput 7" Touchscreen VGA monitor (800x480 native) 629-xxxx model
-M2-ATX dc-dc powersupply, 160w, includes a shutdown controller.
-10FT VGA cable
-2x10FT usb cables
-3x17FT souche rca cables
-Soon to install, BU-353 waterproof GPS reciever (usb powered)
-Also planned, Bluetooth adapter and Wifi adapter

PC hardware:
-IBM 8303 Desktop
-2.4Ghz P4 cpu
-256MB ram
-80Gb 7200rpm hdd
-16X DVDrom

I bought an aftermarket headunit dash kit and the honda wiring harness and then proceeded to take the LCD apart, and mold it into the dash kit. it came out pretty good, if I could do it over I would change some things. my bondo skills could be better too. All in all I think it fits pretty well, altough a little bit of a fitment issue on the left side. I'll work the bugs out though. Softwarewise it works good, it hibernates in about 15 seconds. touchscreen, and yes you can get internet via wifi or using my cellphone connection :DDD
