12000k hids? Arent those the purple color? i think they are and i've heard people say they are very difficult to see in the rain with because of the reflection...im guessing you dont really drive your car in the rain much but im just saying. I have 6000k in mine and i like them, kinda wish i had gotten 8000k though

im not really familiar with color temps with hid's
i really love the audi purple color and the 12000K looked to be the closest match
i plan on picking up some casper shields, i did read that they help the beam a lot.

ill have to dig around and research a little more.

sold off the grounding strap today, aka kickstand.

also looking to pick up some flexible loom and heat shrink so i can re-do my navigation system to toss back in my car. should help clean the wires and im going to re-solder the connections and shorten/lengthen the wires to clean that up a bit.

actually the ones i posted are 99--0 ones i was leary about them as well, but the kid posted pics of his 99-00 lamps with the covers and they are legit. i guess its the angle? the only made a handfull of 99-00 ones i hear.

no... those are clearly for the 96-98 headlights. even if the angle was off the way to tell is the side that ends on the turn signal is too curved. 99-00 dont have a curve that huge. i do know that these make the 96-98 headlights look similar to the 99-00 since it covers that bulge the 96-98 have. show us some pics of them on the 99-00 chassis cause ive never seen them

im keepin everything hush hush till they are in my hands. then ill go from there i have seen the 96-98 ones on honda-tech going for close to 200 bucks.

might have a lead on the EL console and cup holders.
we will see i guess. i notice a lot of people have been asking about this on HT
so im guessing if im not 100% thrilled with it i could easily get my money back.

now if i could only find the under hood protector/heat shield. i would be so pumped.
