I'm excited to announce that thejdm is now updated to the latest phpbb 3.2 software. You may notice the site is now mobile friendly but with the upgrade comes some hiccups. theGarage, theGallery, theArcade are no longer supported. In due time the developers should be working to release the modifications to work on the new software. #LetsMakeForumsGreatAgain

Well the EVO is going to be put on hold for a while. I decided to diversify my toys so last night I bought this!!!

1080p, 52", 120 Hz, the shiznit!!! No intersest till 2012 sold me on this. For you guys into this kind of stuff, you probably know more about it than me, so tell me if you think I made a good choice. Back to the car next summer maybe....

Just got back from CBRD Speed Factory in York, PA and am VERY happy with the results. I laid down 327whp and 306wtq on their notoriously low reading Mustang dyno!!! I was expecting right around 300. They didnt have time to log boost but I think the fact I made 330/333 on a Dynojet like Dynomite dyno back in '07 with two MAJOR boost leaks suggests that I am holding boost up top now and that is why the peak hp numbers are 30whp or so better and the tq is about the same. I know I would be about 360whp or so on a Dynojet now and that is sweet! Here are two pics. I will try and upload vids. Oh, and that isnt me in the pics....haha....

Thanks J!

Man I got the bug back bad! More power is a must!!! But I want that nice linear curve and big area under the curve as well as that torque that comes on quick like you see above. To me, a 35R or something is no good. Why have full boost at 6k when you redline at 7,800? I want a well rounded, lag free, fast as hell daily driver. Practical and purposeful. Because of that, I am going to go with a CBRD BBK or Forced Performance EvoGreen this winter. Both are stock EVO IX 16Gs converted to 20G variations. They both flow about 50cfm and should make for some real fun! They are basically twin scroll bolt on 50 trims. Perfect!!! lada...

My EVO friend in Florida was telling me about that turbo (he usually goes by "ryu" on boards, at least he was when he had his Eclipse V6-t), he's running 11.3 on the stock turbo right now and he let me drive it. Newfound respect for EVOs, I'll put it that way :)
